Key Focus Areas
1. Labour Intelligence & Industrial Relations
Trainees are introduced to the critical role of labour intelligence in preventing unrest and ensuring smooth industrial operations. We educate personnel on the importance of cultivating internal informants, interpreting union behavior, and building strong communication networks between workers and management. The training emphasizes proactive conflict resolution and fosters a culture of trust and transparency.
2. Personnel Security & Classified Document Management
Our training modules stress the importance of personnel integrity and secure handling of sensitive data. Topics include access control to confidential information, prevention of leaks and espionage, and maintaining strict documentation protocols. Trainees are taught how to identify red flags and mitigate insider threats within administrative environments.
3. Industrial & Physical Security Planning
This section provides insights into physical infrastructure planning from a security perspective. Trainees learn to design effective security perimeters, deploy surveillance systems, plan entry/exit points, and integrate electronic monitoring tools. The training includes simulations of real-time incidents, helping personnel respond to unauthorized access or breaches.
4. Fire Safety & Emergency Response
Our firefighting modules are hands-on and scenario-driven. Participants are trained in classifying different types of fires (Class A, B, C, D), selecting appropriate fire extinguishers, handling LPG and electrical fires, and implementing preventive measures. Fire mock drills, rescue simulations, and emergency evacuation planning are part of the curriculum.
5. Search & Access Control Mechanisms
Gate security is a critical part of industrial safety. We train security guards and supervisors in personal search techniques, anti-sabotage checks, package verification, and gate pass systems. In addition, we emphasize courtesy, communication skills, and legal compliance while dealing with employees, visitors, and delivery agents.
6. Labour Agitation and Conflict Management
This module trains personnel in recognizing and effectively handling labor unrest situations such as strikes, dharnas, lockouts, gheraos, and slowdowns. Our approach emphasizes calm, legal, and non-violent methods of conflict resolution. We simulate real protest situations to help security staff prepare and act appropriately.
7. Escort Duties and VIP Protection
Special training is provided to security staff deployed for VIP movements or high-value escort duties. Trainees are taught convoy formation, route planning, threat anticipation, and emergency maneuver protocols. Communication skills and code language usage are also part of this training.
8. Ethics, Code of Conduct & Human Rights
In line with our organizational values, every trainee is sensitized to basic human rights, ethical behavior, and compliance with legal frameworks. We emphasize zero tolerance for misconduct, harassment, and corruption. Trainees are required to understand and sign our internal Code of Conduct.
Training Methodology
